Rates
- $1750 for Autism Evaluations
- $200 90-minute initial evaluation for feeding concerns
- $130 per treatment session (50 minutes)
- $150 consultation fee
For diagnostic autism evaluations, $500 is due at the time of scheduling. The remaining $1250 is due at the time of evaluation. The final diagnostic report will be available once payment is received.
Insurance
I am currently out-of-network with insurance, but am able to provide a super bill following appointments for families to provide their insurance for possible reimbursement.
I am working to become in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL and Aetna.
Payment
I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You may also use HSA/FSA accounts.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
